[博班心得] Autobiograph

Iam the youngest child in my family, including my parents, two sisters,and one brother. Growing up in the countryside, I’ve experienced thedifferent life-style from that of urbanized youngsters. Therefore,since coming to Taipei to study at university, I have been starting totry my best getting used to any interpersonal relationship in the city.With that, I’ve learned the different thoughts resulted from thedifferent living background. However, I still stick to some culturesthat I am not willing to abandon at all. Sometimes, I insist on what Ithink about some traditional issues, on the other hand, I am afterwhere the updated trends go.


Afterstarting my career, I have realized the importance of advanced studiesin the era of constantly changing, and that only accumulation of workexperience is never enough and also passive in terms of updating andupgrade the must-have knowledge. For the sake of self-investment, Imyself have taken some courses including project/administrationmanagement, business/marketing planning, and advertising. By thosecourses, hope that I will not only reinforce capability myself, butstimulate the directions of my thoughts to many issues with the crucialknowledge, especially in the aspects of strategy and planning.


Inthe beginning of my career, I have taken care of information-searchdatabase and library automation system. As a sales and marketingspecialist, I have dealt with something like product promotion,customer service and training, project bidding and negotiation, andseminar and launch arrangement. Besides, I have assigned to visitVirginia, the USA and Bangkok, Thailand to attend seminars and trainingcourses of sales and marketing for some products.


Inthe second phase, I started to be a salesperson for overseas markets.Mainly, I took care of pan-Asia markets to promote products and recruitand maintain customers for business. During the five-year period as asalesperson, I have participated and organized the presenting boothsand the arrangement of attending some exhibitions in Taipei World TradeCenter, Dubai and Abu Dhabi(United Arab Emirates(UAE)),Sydney(Australia), Birmingham(UK), Essen(Germany), Singapore, KualaLumpur(Malaysia) and Las Vegas(USA), so that I have understanding ofoverseas markets to some extent.


Eventhough I have been a salesperson for the past five years, in the salesjob it includes some of marketing issues. With the knowledge ofmarketing field, especially the capability of planning, I will applythe marketing concept about creativities and ideas I come up with to myjob. With my experience of sales, diversified observation from living,and efforts of advanced studies, I deeply believe, with my evaluationof the job offered by your esteemed company, I can bring my talent intofull action and make it to be a win-win situation.
